At Rieker Shoe Corporation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear; if your purchase doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn shoes in their original Rieker branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.

Attach the Label

Download and print the pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
